Just Breathe

Breathing–it’s one of the most simple things we do as humans, but it’s so often the first step we need to take towards healing. 

Sometimes, our lives move so fast and in so many directions, it’s easy to forget to breathe. We have moments during our day when we hold our breath without realizing it. The truth is, our health improves when we slow down and become aware of our breathing. Breathing has been shown to reduce:

  • Depression, 
  • Chronic physical pain
