With more than 25 years' experience working with Tribes and organizations serving Tribes across the US, Mike brings his leadership and operational skills into each interaction. Known as "the problem solver" Mike will help you quickly and efficiently diagnose needs to effectively match our services to help you move toward your goals. His deep faith and steady hand stand ready to serve you and your citizens.
Abby meets your audience where they are with the right media at the right time. For six years, she's been spearheading KAT's media strategy efforts with advanced targeting and strategic media distribution techniques. A perennial learner, she received a Certification in Digital Fundamentals through the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), our industry’s standard-bearer for online advertising and best practices. In addition to comprehensive digital campaigns, she has a wealth of experience working in traditional media strategies and has overseen many statewide campaigns with a myriad of different distribution outlets, all successful due to her wealth of knowledge. All in all, Abby makes sure your message cuts through the clutter and stands out to your audience.
Todd founded what we now know as Native Reach™ in 1989 with the purpose of reaching Indigenous Americans with life-giving health and wellness messaging designed uniquely for them. Recognizing the absence of the reflection of Indigenous culture and traditions in the bulk of social marketing outreach, he set out to listen, learn, and develop messaging that reflected the communities that first captured his heart. Todd continues to maintain this passion, ensuring Indigenous Americans see themselves in our work and resonate with the messages thoughtfully developed with their best interest in mind and at heart.
A key player in fostering best practices in Tribal communities, Ron brings over 38 years of experience in marketing, public affairs, and corporate philanthropy to the Native Reach™ team. Most recently, Ron was responsible for AARP’s outreach to Indigenous Americans, including American Indian, Alaska Native, and Asian American and Pacific Islanders. This, along with Ron’s vast experience in establishing programs, organizing, and directing efforts to bolster opportunities for these populations, gives him a powerful toolbox for bringing communities together to improve health and community outcomes.
Larry is an enrolled member of the Navajo Nation and currently lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Larry has worked in aging and health for over 45 years. At the age of 25 he authored Title VI of the Older Americans Act which became law in 1978; Successfully advocated for the Creation of the 13th Area Office of the Indian Health Service; Utilized research to lower the age of eligibility for tribal elders. At the age of 26, he co-founded the National Indian Council on Aging. His vast work experience from Executive Director of Indian Health Board of Nevada, Executive Director of the Navajo Department of Health, and Director of the Navajo HeadStart program, to name a few, truly shows his relentless advocating for tribal communities, the preservation of tribal values and the continued existence of American Indian Tribes. He brings the traditional teachings of his father, a traditional medicine man, to his work and his life fulfilling his father’s admonition “to help those who have less by using your education which is community property.” He was recently inducted into the American Society on Aging Hall of Fame. The first Native American inducted.
The day to day workflow for Phaden includes juggling both website and mobile application projects to ensure the delivery of all products exceed client expectations. Topic areas that he has managed include a wide variety for tribal communities, health organizations, nonprofits, and more.
Phaden is an excellent team player who prides himself on continuing education that benefits both our clients and Native Reach ™ as a company.
Isiah Buckley is an enrolled member of Standing Rock Sioux Tribe. He served eight years in the United States Marine Corps, and was honored to work overseas in so many countries. Isiah worked with the Veterans Affairs Department within the Standing Rock Sioux tribe, and assisted the Tribal Government during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Crystal brings contagious positivity to our Native Reach family. She is a motivator with the tenacity to get each task completed successfully. With a background in psychology, Crystal believes strongly that keeping our mind healthy is key to living our best lives. Faith and family drive her to see everyone around her experience joy and wellness. Crystal is an enrolled member of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.
