988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline Awareness Campaign

Overview
Native Reach™ partnered with Fors Marsh on behalf of Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) to raise national awareness of the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by producing and distributing culturally relevant video content across the GoodHealthTV® network. The campaign aimed to reach Indigenous communities and vulnerable populations in clinical and community based settings delivering messages at the right time and place, when health is at the top of their mind.
The Approach
To reach viewers where they are already thinking about their health, Native Reach™ produced and distributed two video spots and one graphic slate promoting the 988 Lifeline on the GoodHealthTV® network. The campaign included airtime rotating multiple creatives to maintain viewer engagement across four months. This consistent, wide-reaching presence ensured that messages of support and crisis intervention remained visible and accessible. The GoodHealthTV® airtime complemented broader paid media efforts by reinforcing campaign messaging in trusted clinical and community spaces, helping to deepen message retention.
