What is this?
You are on a mobile app preview page. The preview page contains tools and visual cues for demonstrating a mobile app on a web page.
Why does this exist?
It exists to demonstrate a mobile app experience for a developed (or developing) mobile app. You can visit various screens within the app, read articles, view videos, and perform actions commonly found in mobile apps. The app experience you see within the preview is what users will experience when they download and install the app from the Apple App or Google Play stores.
How does it work?
The preview page loads the app inside containers that conform to a mobile phone, tablet, or laptop computer. Besides loading the app in a device preview, you can perform other actions using controls in the preview page’s control bar. For example, you can change the device preview type, change the device preview orientation, and load a different app (in a PWA or Progressive Web App format) with the provided address bar and submit button.
